MiniFairyGardenWorld.com does not currently wholesale our products.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted with 30 days upon receipt of arrival of your product. There is no restocking fee, however, all customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and no refunds will be given on any shipping costs incurred. The item(s) must be in original packaging and free from damage.
DAMAGES POLICY
If your product(s) were damaged during shipping or your order was missing an item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@minifairygardenworld.com or using the form on our contact page. We may require a photo of the damaged item(s) for insurance purposes. In most cases you will not be required to return the item if a photo is supplied.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally a product may become out of stock or back ordered, we will contact you via email to let you know when the product will be available. As soon as it is back in stock, we will ship it straight to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay via PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Our site is secure and uses 128-bit SSL encryption and does not store any credit card numbers on our servers.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will only be charged in Illinois as this is where our warehouse is located.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically shipped same day or next day and a USPS or FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you when product has been shipped.
Shipping to a country other than the United States, may require you to pay a custom and/or duty fee, we do not collect this.
